The government has approved MBBS courses in five autonomous state medical colleges, creating new opportunities for aspiring doctors. Each of these five colleges has been granted 100 seats for admission, significantly increasing the availability of medical education in the state.
Yogi Government Took A Big Decision
The medical colleges in Gonda, Kaushambi, Chandauli, Lakhimpur Kheri, and Auraiya have received approvals to start admitting students with 100 seats each. In addition to these new colleges, seat capacity has also been increased in two other medical institutions, namely Kanpur Dehat and Lalitpur Medical College, where an additional 50 seats have been approved for each institution.
